I NEED HELP

No questions are asked if you come to the Liberation Larder kitchen for food.

Everyone is welcome, whatever your circumstances.

If you are in a position to make a donation that is great.

We provide freshly cooked meals from 11am till 2pm on Monday and Thursday.  We also provide a cooked breakfast from 8am Monday, and snacks from 8am Thursday.

The menu varies based on what food has been donated.  We make healthy and tasty food, and provide some vegetarian options.

We open our 'grocery' store for you to collect donated produce from midday on Monday and Thursday.

If you are unable to get to our kitchen because of safety or other concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
