VOLUNTEER
As a 100% volunteer led & operated charity, our incredible team of volunteers are the heart & soul of Liberation Larder & always have been !!
We have a friendly, diverse & inclusive crew of passionate people contributing in many different roles including food pickup collectors, kitchen hands, dishwashers, chefs, cooks, fund raisers, team coordinators, admin & fund raising.
We're in our kitchen Monday & Thursday from 7am - 2pm at 42 Fletcher St, Byron Bay
(behind the Byron Community Centre).
Food is collected at various times & locations that suit our donors.

Should you send us an expression, we'll contact you to chat further if an opportunity arises which seems to match your interests & availability.
Whilst we welcome & appreciate all expressions of interest, due to the nature of the roles our volunteers perform & the health & safety requirements, we're generally limited to looking for folks who are dependable & can help with a regular ongoing commitment, particularly on Mondays & Thursdays when our kitchen is operating. Most times we're unable to accommodate short term or casual spontaneous volunteering.
ROLES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
We currently have general kitchen hand roles (dishwashing, chopping veges, cleaning up etc) available on our Monday team & on our Thursday team.
