The wash up……. this has been an amazing experience.
We have seen many things over the past few weeks that we probably didn’t think were possible. Liberation Larder has made in excess of $16,000, the Pay It Forward Fund received donations of $6,260, hundreds of quality household items were delivered to people in need, low income people were able to buy items they needed but could not previously afford.
Also several startup B&Bs & other businesses were able to purchase quality goods, the Byron Community Centre received outdoor furniture for its newly refurbished courtyard & people gave back items they replaced to be donated to other people.
Leapfrog Removals donated their services & delivered items to people benefiting from the Pay It Forward Fund. Liberation Larder volunteers gave hundreds of hours of time over several weeks to ensure everything ran smoothly. A huge thanks to everyone involved.
